Job Role: Chat Process Associate Work Location: Prodapt - Chennai One IT SEZ, Thoraipakkam, OMR, Chennai (3rd Floor) Shift: Night Shift – 5 Days Work from Office (Rotational Week Off) Compensation: ₹2.75 LPA Eligibility: •    2024 and 2025 Batch – Non-Engineering Graduates (NEG) •    Open to all streams: B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc. Roles & Responsibilities: •    Handle customer queries via chat with professionalism and empathy. •    Promote and upsell products/services wherever applicable. •    Ensure high-quality customer experience through timely and effective responses. Requirements: •    Graduate in any stream. •    Excellent written communication skills (English proficiency required). •    Strong persuasion and customer handling skills. •    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
